Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions:

Q: What happens if I miss my payment?

A: You will need to contact us to arrange payment. Until the loan is repaid we will charge overdue interest of 6% per year.

Q: I've paid back my loan, so how do I reborrow?

A: You can't borrow within 60 days of having a payday loan. If you just paid it off, you will have to wait the full 60 day period, after which you can simply submit another screen capture.

Q: How much can I borrow from you?

A: The loan can only be $500.

Q: How do I pay off this loan?

A: You are already scheduled to repay by ACH. The funds will come directly out of your bank account on the due date. If you are in default, contact us and we will schedule a payment.

Q: I don't have a job right now, and I'm receiving government assistance. Can I borrow?

A: We can't lend to anyone who isn't employed, unfortunately.

Q: I was denied a loan, when can I apply again?

A: Although there probably isn't much point if your situation is the same, you could resubmit an application in 30 days.
